Pokedle ("we," "us," "our," or "Pokedle") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all users of the Pokedle online gaming platform. Pokedle collects personal data that is necessary for the operation of the Platform, compliance with legal obligations, and the delivery of a safe and enjoyable gaming experience for Filipino players. The categories of personal data we collect include:

• Full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identification document;
• Date of birth (used to verify that you are 21 years of age or older);
• Philippine mobile number;

• Residential address within the Philippines;

• GCash or PayMaya mobile wallet account details;

• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable Philippine laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering obligations, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, and tax reporting obligations;
• Legitimate interests: Processing necessary for Pokedle's legitimate business interests, including fraud prevention, platform security, and responsible gaming monitoring, where such interests are not overridden by your rights;
• Consent: Processing for marketing communications and non-essential cookies, where you have provided explicit, freely given, and informed consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Pokedle does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data protection safeguards:

Pokedle engages trusted third-party service providers to assist in operating the Platform, including:

• Payment processors and e-wallet providers (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank) for transaction processing;

• Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers for Platform operation;

• KYC documentation: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure or the completion of the relevant transaction;
• Customer support communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the communication;
• Technical and usage logs: Retained for up to twelve (12) months, after which they are anonymised or deleted;
• Marketing preferences: Retained until you withdraw consent or close your account.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, Pokedle will securely delete or anonymise your personal data in accordance with its data disposal procedures.

Pokedle implements a comprehensive set of technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the Pokedle Platform;
• Encryption at rest for sensitive personal and financial data stored on Pokedle's servers;
• Multi-factor authentication options for player accounts to prevent unauthorised access;
• Role-based access controls limiting internal access to personal data to authorised personnel only;

Pokedle will respond to all data subject requests within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further fifteen (15) business days, with prior notification to you.

The Pokedle Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming. Pokedle does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If Pokedle becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, that account will be immediately suspended, all associated data will be deleted, and any deposits made will be returned to the original payment source. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited.

Pokedle primarily processes and stores personal data within the Philippines. However, some of our third-party service providers — including cloud infrastructure providers and KYC verification partners — may process data in other jurisdictions.

The inclusion of a link to a third-party site on the Pokedle Platform does not constitute an endorsement of that site's privacy practices or content.

Pokedle reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When material changes are made, Pokedle will notify registered players via their registered email address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Pokedle Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
