Pokedle Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pokedle online gaming platform, including the Pokedle website located at pokedle.vip, the Pokedle mobile application, and all related services, features, and content offered by Pokedle (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of Pokedle, you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

Pokedle reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with Pokedle's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

To be eligible to register and use the Pokedle Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming;
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of another party;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful and permitted;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where participation in online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of Pokedle, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Pokedle Platform or had your account suspended or terminated for a violation of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

Pokedle reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by Pokedle may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed. All deposits made by underage players will be returned to the original payment source, and any winnings accumulated will be forfeited in full.

To access the full features of the Pokedle Platform, including the ability to deposit funds and place wagers, you must register a player account. Each individual may hold only one active account on the Pokedle Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identification document;
• A valid and active Philippine mobile number;
• A valid email address to which you have exclusive access;
• Your date of birth, confirming that you are 21 years of age or older;
• Your residential address within the Philippines.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Pokedle will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify Pokedle immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

Pokedle is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with Pokedle's KYC process, which may require you to submit copies of a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Pokedle reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending the completion of KYC verification.

All financial transactions on the Pokedle Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Pokedle supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at Pokedle's discretion.

Deposits are credited to your Pokedle account balance upon confirmation of receipt by Pokedle's payment processing partners. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Pokedle cashier interface. Pokedle does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which Pokedle accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as displayed in the cashier interface;
• Pokedle targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes for requests submitted during normal operating hours, subject to payment provider availability;
• Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) banking day for requests submitted before 8:00 PM Philippine Standard Time;
• Pokedle reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

Pokedle may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all Pokedle bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to another account;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
• Pokedle reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Only one bonus may be active on a player account at any given time, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms;
• Pokedle reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts, or in violation of these Terms;
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Systematic or professional exploitation of bonus offers is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

All games available on the Pokedle Platform — including Ocean King Jackpot, Aladdin, Leprechaun Riches, Handball, Demon Hunter, Boat of Fortune, and Golden Bank — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by Pokedle, the player, or any third party.

Each game on the Pokedle Platform has its own specific rules, paytable, and return-to-player (RTP) percentage. Players are encouraged to review the in-game information panel before placing wagers. By placing a wager on any Pokedle game, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, Pokedle's server-side records shall be the definitive record of the outcome of that round. Pokedle will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues promptly and fairly. Wagers placed during a confirmed system malfunction may be voided and refunded at Pokedle's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Pokedle Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Pokedle Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or its games;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Pokedle staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Pokedle account to any third party.

Pokedle is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players on the Platform. Gaming should always be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gaming ceases to be enjoyable or begins to negatively affect your finances, relationships, or mental health, Pokedle strongly encourages you to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Pokedle players directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Pokedle account;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified period of time;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Pokedle Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the Pokedle Platform — including but not limited to the Pokedle brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of Pokedle or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from Pokedle;
• Use the Pokedle name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorisation;
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of Pokedle's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Pokedle.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Pokedle, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, system errors, or service interruptions;
• Loss of data or account information resulting from unauthorized access to your account;
• Damages arising from your reliance on any information or content published on the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any of its features.

Pokedle's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Pokedle account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Pokedle makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

Pokedle reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider;
• Determination that you are ineligible to use the Platform under Section 2 of these Terms;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

You may close your Pokedle account at any time by contacting the Pokedle support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Pokedle collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Pokedle Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Pokedle implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and Pokedle cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Pokedle will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with Pokedle through good-faith negotiation. To initiate a dispute, you must contact Pokedle's support team in writing, describing the nature of the dispute and the resolution you are seeking. Pokedle will respond to all formal dispute submissions within fifteen (15) business days.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

Pokedle reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Pokedle will notify registered players via their registered email address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Pokedle Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

Pokedle encourages all players to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Archived versions of previous Terms may be requested from the Pokedle support team.
